Exterior Walls

About 1/3 of the exterior walls are set. Hoping to have all 1st floor walls set by the end of the week.

Framing

The pre-cast deck has been cleared after all the snow. Carpenters have sanpped all the lines on the deck. Despite the cooler temperatures, the sun was able to dry the deck off.

Pre-cast

We will finish setting the last couple plank tomorrow morning and grout the pre-cast. We will also excavate the remaining footing and pour the footing and frost wall.

About half of the pre-cast is set.

Foundation & Pre-Cast

The foundation walls are set for the last pour Friday.

Also pre-cast columns are getting set.

Walls are being formed for the elevator pit and the remainder of walls.

The 2nd pour is complete and forms are being removed. Site storm water pipe is also being installed.
